What is Yoga for Youngsters?
Yoga for Youngsters is a children’s yoga program that combines developmentally appropriate asanas (pose), pratyahara (meditation), dhyana (concentration), and pranayama (breathing technique) designed to promote positive development of the child on a physical, mental, emotional and creative level. Yoga for Youngsters is based on the Teeny Yogini program developed by Tiffany B. McClintock.
The classes will be taught using a theme-based curriculum. The thematic poses will be taught with supplementary material used such as music, art, journaling, breath work, visualization, and props.

We are offering the following classes:
Yoga for Youngsters - Level I
Mondays 4:45-5:30
Ages 4-7
Yoga for Youngsters - Level II
Mondays 5:45-6:30
Ages 8-12
